Since early days of EDUCIAN, we have made it our mission to incorporate every good idea that we receive from administrators, teachers, school accountants and other staff. Every day we talk with user groups to understand their pain points, our aim is to be the solution to those frustrations and make user’s life easier by providing a better user experience.

In 2016, we were approached by a school district in India who complained that none of the options on the market for school management software were addressing their needs.

Most programs were either inconvenient or simply impractical. That is when EDUCIAN was born.

‘EDUCIAN’ is derived from “EDUCIAN solution designed by ACADEMICIANS”
Our name serves as a reminder to both ourselves and our customers that we set out to make a practical school management software system in coordination with intellectuals.

Our founders all have backgrounds in both education and computer programming. With this background and the latest technology stack we built EDUCIAN.
